Terms of Service

The service

vb-photos is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. It is a small app: features may change, and it may be unavailable at times. AI enhancement is not perfect — always review the results before you use them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including lost or deleted photos. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your account

You sign in with a link emailed to your address, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be allowed to use that email address, and you may stop using the app at any time.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the enhanced versions the app produces from them. You must hold the rights to everything you upload, or have permission from whoever does. You give us permission to store and process your photos only as far as is needed to run the app for you — see the Privacy Policy.

Enhanced photos are AI-generated alterations of your originals. If you publish them in a listing, it is on you to make sure the result still represents the property honestly and meets whatever advertising rules apply where you are.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, content you have no rights to, or images of people who have not agreed to it. Do not use the app to harass anyone, to create deceptive imagery, or to work around the safety limits of the underlying AI model. Do not attempt to break into, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the service or other people's albums.

Limits

Enhancing photos costs money, so we may limit how much you can upload or process, and we may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will get in touch first.
